Vikas was a great yoga teacher. He focused on not only the movement but the theory and history of yoga as well. He tailored his lessons to suit our ability and was always pushing us to do our best without going beyond our limits. He was always happy and approachable going above and beyond to make sure we had a thorough experience of Rishikesh and enjoyed our time here. I would 100% recommend Rishikesh yoga home, whether you are experienced or a beginner.
